Carrie serves as Transaction Manager and Managing Broker for Oakside, where she leads contract-to-close oversight, compliance, and the firm’s multi-state brokerage operations. As a member of Oakside’s leadership team, she works closely with clients, buyer’s, attorney’s, and title agents to ensure every transaction is handled with clarity, structure, and exceptional care.

With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Carrie has built a reputation for her meticulous oversight, deep industry knowledge, and ability to guide clients through even the most complex commercial transactions. Her experience spans commercial and residential transactions, with a focus on self-storage assets and multi-property portfolios. She has managed and coordinated hundreds of transactions across the country. Her depth of knowledge in due diligence processes, risk mitigation, and multi-party transaction structure has made her a trusted advisor to owners, investors, and agents navigating complex closings.

Carrie is licensed as a real estate broker in Maine, Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia, and holds a Certified Maine Assessor certification. She began her career in the U.S. Air Force during the Persian Gulf War, an experience that shaped her disciplined approach, direct communication style, and commitment to operational excellence.

Carrie earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family in Maine.
