David joined Oakside in 2024 and is based in the West Coast office. He focuses on buying and selling commercial real estate nationwide, with a particular focus on the Self-Storage Industry. David is committed to building strong client relationships and offering valuable advice to help them achieve their investment goals.

Before his real estate career, David was an Investment Banker at Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte, NC, where he worked with healthcare services and real estate clients. Prior to Wells Fargo Securities, David served as a Human Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy for over six years. David holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
