As part of the newly acquired portfolio, the company said it will roll out its operating platform across all 60 properties. It also plans upgrades to security and technology systems, including AI-powered customer support, keyless entry and online payments.

The company said it will make capital improvements to paint, pavement, roofs and signage, among other areas.
