Margo serves as a Vice President, specializing in self-storage and RV & Boat investment sales and tax-deferral advisory. She supports firm-wide client strategy, valuation, and transaction execution across Oakside’s national platform.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Margo worked as a management consultant in both Chicago and California, where she advised public-sector organizations and environmental agencies on operational performance, regulatory strategy, and large-scale program implementation. This background gives her a disciplined, analytical approach to evaluating self-storage assets and guiding owners through strategic decision-making.

Since transitioning into commercial real estate, she has focused exclusively on the self-storage sector, working closely with owners, operators, and investors to guide them through complex transactions and long-term planning initiatives. She is currently based in Kona, HI. 

Margo earned a B.S. in Economics and Environmental Economics from Michigan State University.
