Dezmon serves as the Senior Vice President, leading the Self Storage Advisory Platform across the lower Southeast. With nearly a decade of experience in the self-storage sector, he has established himself as a trusted advisor and a recognized leader within the industry.

Before joining his current brokerage, Dezmon spent more than three years with a North Carolina-based self-storage advisory firm, where he played a significant role in being a part of more than $400 million in total transaction volume. During his tenure, he was recognized as the firm’s top-producing broker in 2024, underscored by the successful execution of multiple eight-figure transactions.

Earlier in his career, Dezmon served as a general commercial broker across all major asset classes at a leading commercial real estate investment firm in Northwest Florida. This experience provided him with a broad foundation and a nuanced understanding of complex real estate deals.
