Eric serves as Senior Vice President, providing strategic advisory services to self-storage and RV & Boat owners and leading seller representation efforts focused on maximizing value at exit. With more than a decade of experience in self-storage underwriting, advisory, and brokerage, Eric has underwritten more than 1,000 self-storage properties and contributed to transactions totaling more than $400 million.

Before joining Oakside, Eric spent more than a decade with a large national firm advising self-storage owners across the Southeast, developing deep market knowledge and guiding clients on both disposition strategies and long-term operational planning. His experience also includes serving as a board member of the Georgia Self-Storage Association, where he contributed to statewide industry initiatives and advocacy. Eric began his career focused on self-storage valuation and financial analysis, building a strong foundation in underwriting and operator-focused advisory work.

He holds degrees in Real Estate and Business Management from Florida State University.
