Cameron serves as Founder & President of Oakside Companies, overseeing firm-wide operations, strategic direction, and all origination, marketing, and disposition efforts across the Company’s self-storage brokerage platform. 

With a decade of specialized experience in self-storage investment sales, Cameron has executed over $1 billion in transaction volume spanning 30 states, advising both institutional developers and private owners through tailored marketing strategies designed to achieve the highest value and strongest terms available in the market. 

Before forming Oakside, Cameron led the Self-Storage team at Berkshire Hathaway Commercial and previously served as a Senior Vice President with SVA, where he focused on investment sales, ownership, and management initiatives within the storage sector. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Cameron served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, leading cyber operations teams responsible for network defense and anti-hacking countermeasures supporting the nation’s satellite systems—earning multiple awards and commendations for leadership and mission excellence. 

Cameron grew up in Tampa, Florida, and earned a B.S. in Financial Services from the University of Tampa and an MBA from the University of La Verne in California.  

Outside out Oakside, Cameron enjoys fishing, scuba diving and spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children, Madelyn and Lucas.
