Parker serves as Senior Vice President at Oakside Companies, leading national business development efforts, client advisory engagements, and the ongoing expansion of Oakside’s investment sales capabilities.

With more than a decade of specialized experience in self-storage brokerage, Parker has executed over half a billion dollars in self-storage transactions, building a strong reputation for marketing high-quality assets across the country and leading high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results. 

Before co-founding Oakside with Cameron in 2023, Parker spent nearly five years as Senior Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway’s National Self Storage Group, where he played an integral role in national brokerage expansion and large-scale self-storage dispositions. Earlier in his career, Parker helped launch multiple real estate organizations and quickly established himself as a leader in team-building, client strategy, and the execution of sophisticated advisory assignments. He began his real estate career in 2012 at just 18 years old. 

Parker earned a B.A. from the University of South Florida, graduating with High Honors.
