David serves as Director of Underwriting for Oakside, and he is responsible for overseeing and executing underwriting and transaction-level deliverables across Oakside’s active and prospective transactions.

With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, David has assisted in the acquisition of Multifamily, Self-Storage, Retail, Office, and Industrial assets across the United States.  

Before joining Oakside, David worked at Cushman and Wakefield and Grosvenor Americas, and he also has direct experience with ground-up development and management of value-add projects.  

He earned a B.A. in International Business from the George Washington University.
