Prasann Shah is a real estate financial analyst with deep expertise in underwriting, valuation, and advanced financial modeling across self-storage and broader commercial real estate.

Over the past several years, Prasann has built and reviewed hundreds of real estate underwriting models spanning self-storage, multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and REIT structures. Her capabilities include developing models from the ground up, creating investor-ready pitch decks, adapting and enhancing existing frameworks, and performing comprehensive quality-control reviews on high-impact acquisitions.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Prasann brings extensive experience in cap-table modeling and project finance, along with more than eight years of hands-on proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel. Prasann began her career at the State Bank of India – the largest bank in India where she was responsible for evaluating credit and financial risk for major corporate borrowers across multiple sectors.

Prasann holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Indian Institute of Management and is a Level III candidate in the CFA Program.
